Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zippy services (“Services”), operated by Blink Logic, a Singapore-registered company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Our Services

Zippy provides an AI-powered teaching workflow platform for educators and education centres, including AI-powered grading, real-time analytics, lesson and resource creation, gamified skill tracking, classroom bots, and multi-tenant platform infrastructure. Services are available via our website (heyzippy.io), APIs, and related applications.

3. User Registration

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Zippy (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Blink Logic and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content you create or upload (lessons, rubrics, student work) remains yours. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5. Purchases and Payment

Paid features are billed in multiple currencies, primarily SGD and USD. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Subscriptions are billed monthly with automatic renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Free Tools

Certain tools (including the free composition grader) are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time without notice.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Their tenant content, user management, and compliance obligations
• Ensuring appropriate use of AI-generated content and feedback
• Obtaining necessary consents for student data where applicable
• Not using the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Services to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorisation

9. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (grading, feedback, lesson plans, rubrics) is provided as a tool to assist educators. It should be reviewed by qualified educators before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. Educators retain full responsibility for how AI outputs are used in their teaching practice.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update platform features, APIs, tools, and documentation over time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

11. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD $10.00, whichever is greater.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
